Room was clean and nice - bed was comfy - staff was helpful. Elevator worked (last trip stay at a competitor across the way and the elevator was out and no offer of assistance to move our bags from 3 rd floor.

The rooms were very spacious and quiet. The vending choices were great and the breakfast was delicious!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I did get charged twice but have been told it will be taken care of, we will see. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 am with the privacy sign on the door, she wanted to know what time we were checking out, this is bad practice and aggravating. Other than that everything was great.

Customer service was great! Ms. Monica did a great job and made sure everyone was comfortable. Hot breakfast was a plus as well. Beds were comfortable and clean and only 15 minutes away from Choctaw casino!!!

The Manager Ashley. She was really nice and understanding. The food was delicious and the Hotel really is in a good location.

The staff was amazing, our first morning there we went down for breakfast and the sweet lady was so helpful with my kids, and the next morning she even remember their names!!

When we had not check in by 7:48 pm, someone from the property called to verify that we were still staying on the property! This was a life saver, I was attending my niece's wedding and forgot to call for a late check-in.
